All Products:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns / refund due to sanitary reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Some examples include, but are not limited to: Beds, Collars, Leashes, Blankets, Bowls, Car Seats, Carriers, Costumes, Crates, Crate Covers, Feeders, Furniture, Gates, ID Tags, Personalized Items, Pet Memorials, Potty Training Products, Ornaments, Seasonal Décor, Shoes, Sports, Apparel/Accessories, Steps, Strollers, Treat Jars, Treats/Cakes, Custom Orders, and more.

Manufacturer Defects or Incorrectly Shipped Items:

HT Animal Supply will provide a refund or replacement for any items with manufacturer defects or if you receive an item incorrectly shipped.

Product Information:

Please measure your pet. Detailed sizing, dimensions, and fabric descriptions are available on our website to assist you in making informed purchase decisions. Refer to the "Sizing Guide" on each product page or under the "Size Guide" section for measuring information.

Contact Us for Concerns:

If you have any concerns about our products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at service@htanimalsupply.com. Provide an explanation, specify the product, and include images of any potential defects or issues.

Return Approval and Instructions & Exceptions:

All returns to HT Animal Supply must be approved and include the RA Number provided. Return instructions will be provided along with your RA#. Contact us for assistance at: service@htanimalsupply.com. - 

No returns, credits / exchanges on sale or discounted merchandise (All Sales Final).

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and Return window is around 30 Days from Delivery Date , and clients are responsible for the return shipping. Clients must provide a tracking number within 7 days of the return authorization number issued. Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition" and returned in a "like new resalable condition." In summary, we must receive returns:
   - Without showing signs of odor, wear, stains, or damage in any way
   - Without signs of cleaning/washing with soap or detergent
   - Must include any manufacturer's packaging, tags, hangers, instructions, etc., as applicable
   - Must not be a special order or a custom/personalized order

We are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet to the merchandise. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. Returns must be free of any odors or pet hair. Make sure all of the returned items have all the tags attached. Items with the tags removed or altered are not returnable.

Return Processing Time:

Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to process your return and issue a refund.
