    We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Change of Address:

    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date at the time of checkout.
    We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

Kindly note that for successful delivery, a physical address must be provided, as HT Animal Supply is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. In the event that a shipment is returned due to a PO Box address, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for redelivery to the correct address. We advise ensuring that the provided delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any inconvenience.
