What if my order arrives damaged, has a manufacturer defect, or I receive the wrong item?

We stand by every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@htanimalsupply.com or 214-308-1733. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

What is your Returns / Refund Policy?
