Manufacturer Defects or Incorrectly Shipped Items:

HT Animal Supply will provide a refund or replacement for any items with manufacturer defects or if you receive an item incorrectly shipped.

We recommend measuring your pet before placing an order, as
each designer or manufacturer uses their own unique size chart for their
products. Please note that some items are custom-made to order and cannot be
exchanged, as they are specifically created for your pet.

In some cases, we may be able to work directly with the
designer or manufacturer to facilitate an exchange, but this is not guaranteed.
