What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

At HT Animal Supply, due to our high standards and the health and safety of your pets, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which ensures the well-being of all our customers and their beloved companions.

Items excluded from returns or refunds include, but are not limited to:

Exceptions to the Policy
