Dive in with the Under the Sea Vest! Each vest presents a beautiful scenic view of underwater  patches. Closes in the front with plastic snap fastenings. Each piece is unique and slightly different and features a tied bandana (colors may vary). If you want to show it off, you may add a D-ring for easy leash-walking.
